Hubert Ban is BigCommerce’s Chief Accounting Officer. He brings over 20 years of experience in accounting and reporting roles at publicly traded companies and Big 4 accounting firms.

General Counsel

Chuck is BigCommerce’s General Counsel. He has been with BigCommerce since 2017 and has been responsible for legal management of numerous business units and strategic priorities of the organization. He has broad experience representing growth-stage software and technology companies and previously practiced corporate and transactional law at Vinson & Elkins, L.L.P.
