Which is the definitive tool for finding the TRUE results of your keywords in the SERPS?

I would like to know which is the definitive tool for finding the TRUE results of your keywords in the serps. It always seems to show different results, and even different tools show different results. I have been using SEO tools rank checker for a while but I think results are often wrong – also used raven and now started using seo moz

Which one shows the most accurate results for local (google.com.au) and US (google.com) serps?

It is a bit silly saying to clients I have the #1 spot in google.com or google.com.au if I am NOT actually in the # 1 spot according to a different tool big dilemma for me
